Fill in the Blanks
Billy Jack was with his wife visiting London. They had just gotten there and decided to get a bite to eat. His wife chose the chicken salad, but Billy Jack decided to eat the rib-eye steak. It was delicious but very messy. Billy had steak sauce on his hand and face. “Excuse me can I get a napkin?” Billy asked the waitress as she walked by. The waitress laughed out loud and said, “I’m sorry sir, but we don’t have those here! I can get you a serviette if you would like?” Billy didn’t know what that was. It sounded like it might be something useful, so he said, “sure, I will have that then. Thanks”. When the waitress returned with a napkin Billy was puzzled. “This is a napkin”, Billy said. “A serviette”, the waitress insisted. “In England, if you say napkin you are asking for a diaper!” They all couldn’t help but laugh at that.
